I like both of these but especially resonate with the first. I’ve been perplexed to live in a world filled with so many resources and people starving. I was thinking about the loaves and fishes parable and how much came out of the sharing those five loaves. What seemed like so little was enough for all. Thanks
Indeed. A feat that can never be surpassed in my humble opinion. Thanks, Alice, as always

Love the Bible story in your haiku. And the song… now it’s playing in my head – ‘rescue the perishing, care for the dying…’
I should set foot in a church soon. It’s been awhile.
Oh Hazel, ‘Rescue the Perishing’ is one of my favourite hymns.
Maybe you should, dear.
Thank you, always
