My Adonis
I hear him, loud
Silently as he moves
Swift, a hare
Proud, a warrior
Magestic, a king
Handsome, that look
His sardonic smile
Taunting, breaking me
Pain slices through me
Right into my heart,
Immobilising me
I feel a shudder
Ripping through me
I welcome it
It is him, energy flowing
Through me
Out of the gloom,
His light blooms,
Illuminating, crystal;
Flashes of his light
Shatters the stillness
And coldness
Around my heart
As I thaw, and melt
I scream to wake
The sleeping seductress
That is me.
Love me, My Adonis.
