Finally the Mindful Writing Challenge, has come to a glorious end today. It has been quite an uplifting task posting these Stones every day, although I am not too sure I was so mindful and observant of everyday things around me to write about. I must say that it has been also exhausting and quite glad it is over. ๐ There I’ve said it!
But then I leave you with this simple Haiku to ponder over. God bless you all for bearing with me throughout the Stoney journey. ๐ Your wonderful feedback and beautiful comments made a mark where it counted the most, my heart. ๐
Beautiful Stone
Much beauty abound ‘Neath the small and ugliest Stoneย If only we look ย ย Copyright ยฉ Celestine Nudanu 31/1/13 ยI appreciate your patience with me as I catch up on your blogs. Thanks a million! Shalom

Thanks, Susan. It was tough.
If we only look. Just have to take the time. Great haiku and congrats on making it to the end. ๐
Many thanks, Chantel. Your wonderful support means a lot to me, my dear. ๐

Lovely haiku, very deep and absolutely something I try to remember every day! Small stones was a fun exercise. Hope to see more of your writing!
Ow, thank you Wabi. I enjoyed and still do, your wonderful and beautifully crafted haiku. ๐
It has been exhausting this year and today I actually didn’t think I was going to be able to post as I only got home just now. Last year I was really sad at the end but this time I feel ok!
It’s been exhausting Gilly and I’m glad it is finally over. ๐ Writing Haiku is so easy for me. This is quite a mind-wrencher. ๐
I love this one Celestine. We (humans) dwell too much on figuring things out, how they’re happening and so on. I think that nature know’s more than we do (personally) and it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if there was more truth in your words than in a weatherman (or woman lol) with their data and equipment! ๐
Penny, thanks for your insightful words. Glad you could make the time to be here; it’s always a pleasure to read your words ๐
It is a pleasure when I’m here Celestine. There is a handful of people I wish I could spend more time at their blog, I always leave more relaxed, calmer and feeling so much better about things, obviously you’re one of them! ๐
Beautiful. You made it ๐ and did great!!
Thank you, Lady Lovely ๐ Your support was great ๐
Okay so now I am on the right page and commenting on this particular post. Celestine, lol! For each post I liked that I didn’t comment on understand that I believe each of your Haiku offerings are wonderful. Out of all the various Haiku that i read on other pages, yours are consistently my favorites. There is a pure and natural flow to yours that I enjoy very much. Thank you for sharing your talent dear friend, Penny xx
The pleasure is mine, Penny. And I also thank you for taking the time off your busy schedule to read my work. It is enough for me, my dear friend. ๐
Big smiles here! ๐
VERY true an open heart will never let you down!! Glad you made the 30 days!
Thank you, Jasmine. I did it with your support ๐
Congratulation! You started a writing journey and made it every creative step. You wrote some beautiful stones to keep in your writing garden.
Oh, thanks a million Kim. Your encouraging words helped me on that journey ๐

Congrats. Quite an accomplishment.
Thank you, Nana. ๐ I appreciate your support ๐
Good job on completing the stones. I enjoyed the process thoroughly and wrote a small stone every day. It was a wonderful way to be quiet, creative and centered. My only sadness was that somehow, I didn’t make connections with many in the community… I tried. Anyway, upwards and onwards. ๐
Thanks, Elizabeth. I must confess that I find haiku much more easier to write than the stones. Not sure I wll do it again. ๐ I enjoyed your treasure stones, Elizabeth ๐
