In commemoration of the National Poetry Month this April, Haiku Heights welcomes all to a month-long Haiku writing journey. This journey will take Haiku lovers through the alphabet with the first stop being the letter A! So, we’re climbing up the ladder of 30 days, with an Ascent! Start the fun climb with us, everyone! 🙂

Oh Nana, I’m keeping my fingers crossed. You know Ghana and the power cuts 🙂
I only have so much time in any day. But I do like your verse which got me to peak in at ‘haiku heights’ so I’m going to attempt writing one a day…but I’m going to post them all together at the end of the month.
Thanks for your visits.
Oh Jules, thank you for coming by. It will be great to read your haiku but I wish you would post them daily 🙂
That’s what I call an ascent.

Thanks, Gilly. Indeed, I must have missed the steps yesterday 🙂

Lovely, C.
Thanks you 🙂
Inspiring! There was a road in Tasmania nicknamed Jacob’s Ladder because it curled precariously round Ben Lomond! Quite treacherous on snowy days!
Thanks Gemma for coming by and for the interesting info :-), though I dare say there is nothing treacherous about the original Jacob’s Ladder 🙂
Lovely! Looking forward to this 30 day poetic journey 🙂
Thank you, Letizia. 🙂 I’m sure I will enjoy it too
And the only way to get there, apparently!
