Very cute 🙂
Thank you 🙂
aww…sweet… 🙂
Thank you Sumana 🙂
birdie learns to fly………… so sweet.
Thank you Kalpana.
Many interpretations. My first was a ill mother and the fly baby fly I saw a daughter rushing down the road to get to her mother. I saw a baby taking its first steps into its mother’s arms. Last I saw a baby bird being pushed from her nest. This is a good Haiku that it gives many images.
🙂 Actually, I thought of a baby taking its first steps and the mother’s pride watching her baby. 🙂
I saw that too. 🙂
Mum’s breath gives her baby a fresh start. Very nice, Celestine.
Thank you so much Stella. Your support of my work is beautiful 🙂
As an mma waiting for her most recent granddaughter’s first steps this is really touching 🙂
I’m happy to hear this, Gilly. Give her peck from me, another mma. 🙂
Oh! Very nice one, Celestine! 🙂
Thank you Risa 🙂
I know this feeling, well.
Yay! 🙂
How cool! I like it.
Thank you 🙂
I saw both babies first steps and also the hopeful breath of mom sending her “baby” off on first home leaving.
I dread the day my boys will leave home 🙂
I remember the second one Cyril took his first steps at a residential workshop for writers I attended with him. He was barely a year old and as I couldn’t leave him behind, I was allowed to bring him along with me together with a house-help.
I also dread my boys leaving home. Maybe they won’t. 🙂
All those “firsts” are irreplaceable joy. Now Cyril can say he attended his first writer’s workshop when he was one.
He’s a lucky boy to have a mom that wouldn’t leave him behind. 🙂

Smiling. I love when babies learn how to walk.

Proud moment for a mother to see her flesh and blood take its first steps in the world.
Very true, Reshma 🙂
Watching the baby’s first step is heavenly for the mother. Superb.
