Blaze
3-5-3-3-7-5
black monsters
snarling across space
zigzag stealth
not even
their ancient rage can dim the
blaze of the sunset

No, not the darkest hour can cloud out its blaze!
Oh Charles, I miss you. How are you doing?
Somehow for me the sunset is the blazing end for the darkness that will stay till dawn.
That’s another way of looking at it. 🙂
Stunning as usual Celestine, have missed your haikus, been busy writing… Glad I stopped by my sis. Much love. 🙂
Oh Sandra, so glad you stopped by. I’ve been thinking of you these past days, that I haven’t seen any post from you.
Glad you are writing. I have just been lazy and so my WIP is stuck at chapter 10. Hope to get back to it very soon. 🙂
Please do, I’ve missed blogging too, would probably rustle a post tomorrow or Sat. Get back to your book, just try and squeeze time out, it would be worthwhile. 🙂
You’re right. Thanks for the encouraging words. Sometimes I just go blank. I need to pray about this, you know. 🙂 For me it works.
I agree with you, pray a lot when writing, it really works. I just ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and the story spills out. Although sometimes I’m lazy too! 🙂
🙂 Thanks sis. 🙂
Great sunset and great poem. 🙂
Thank you 🙂
Very dramatic, I love it!
So glad 🙂
so beautifully said Celestine, it is so tough to stop sun!
Thank you my dear friend. 🙂
