Happy Weekend to you ~ ^_^
Lovely week to you, Carol.
Sure the words are beautiful and so is the meaning. But are you sure it’s a haiku? I doubt it’s following the 5-7-5 syllable rule! Correct me if I’m wrong!
Cheers
It’s a a haiku alright.
The 5-7-5 rule is the classic haiku, or traditional haiku. Haiku has evolved over the years and experts have realised that the original syllabic count in Japanese is not the same as the English syllabic count.
Oh my. Sooooo lovely! Shhh, listen…..
🙂 🙂 listening, Judie.
Every time I see your author photo, your big warm smile makes me smile back!
