Reverie
after the cold
the sun streams through
my reverie, warming…
but you see
I still see your silhouette
lingering…

Those lingering silhouettes can sometimes be disturbing…
They truly are. 🙂
Trying to figure out the imagery that “silhouette lingering..” carries here…a shadow or a foreshadowing of love that wouldn’t last?
Almost. 🙂 Love that did not last. 🙂
Even with its warmth, the sun can make those silhouettes more defined and all the more poignant….
You are right, Lea. 🙂
Beautiful and poignant.
Ow thanks, Sumana. 🙂

love lingers….
Truly. 🙂
Still hung over past love.
LOL! 🙂 Certainly not me. 🙂
Love certainly lingers. After the cold … now is that a reference to winter or an illness or something else all together? Mysterious and beautiful as always!
LOL, thanks Parmis. 🙂 It refers to a period in my life when everything went bleak. 🙂
I’m glad you it is written in past tense “was”. It certainly provided for beautiful wiring. Wishing you many warm and hopeful days.
Thank you Parmis. 🙂
magical!
Thanks 🙂
