Thank you so much, Marit. I bring you greetings from Ghana. 🙂
This is beautiful. I love the connection with Sounds of Silence by Pentatonix. The song and the band are both loves of mine and I love how you brought yourself together with them. Thank you for taking the time to share such a beautiful piece of yourself with the world. I’m glad I found the time to stumble across this gem.
What a lovely words, Alura. Much appreciated. Ever since I discovered Pentatonix through my son who just completed uni, I have been in love with them. Their song Sound of Silence deeply affects me for reason I cannot even comprehend. 🙂 Thank you. 🙂
I’m glad my words touched you. Always my intention when I leave words behind on a post.
Pentatonix has a wonderful way of mixing their music to brings about emotional responses. I am in love and very deeply emotionally moved by their version of Mary Did You Know? It gives me chills thinking about the experience of hearing it. This of course touches my spirituality and faith and brings forth a positive energy that is full of light and love. I enjoy this song year round, not just the holiday season.
Then we are one of a kind. 🙂 I love all their Christmas songs and play them almost everyday in my office , Christmas seas on or not. Only this week, I discovered their song Shallow and I can’t have enough of it. 🙂
very contemplative haiku ~ well done !
