Ah, when the earth is so dry, even a downpour doesn’t seem to do much.
You are right, MMT. It is so stifling and incredibly hot now.
.and the earth will drink what it can, and hope for more.
Exactly! π
We are dry as well and the earth is thirsty as am I.
Even more dry and dusty now with the heat so stifling. π
Aah…’trickles’ is magical, a wisp of hope. So beautiful.
Thank you Sumana. π
Itβs so beautiful, love it!
Thank you so much. π
It’s kinda strange to read your haiku while the storm howls outside and a lot of rain is coming down…. I will send some water your way. Have a lovely Sunday!
Ow Marit, how I would love that water. π Now, the heat is so unbearable. π
This is oury Dry Season but we are caught in the jaws of the Carnival until the end of February
Happy Sundah
Muchπlove
