Ha! Too real.
Yep. I know right. 🙂
oh insomnia
how you hector us with thoughts
throughout the long night
Exactly! Thoughts about everything and nothing. 🙂
I seem… to have lots of those very same conversations Celestine… Thank you for the gift of your words my friend, they so much that I am not able to!
Thank you Lea. You always inspire me with your words. 🙂
Wishing you a good night’s sleep and a restful one! Happy 4th of July!
Cathy, thank you. 🙂
I do have many of these conversations. It seems to be a common thing, sadly.
Too right! What with all the cares of the world!
… it somehow feels comforting knowing I’m not the only one laying awake at night…
I assure you, you are not. 🙂
I’ve read that it’s best to get up and go into a different room…
Distractions of wishing for sleep sometimes help.
Well, I shall surely try that. 🙂
How I hate insomnia but this haiku sums it up perfectly. Although giving up and reading is always a bit of a positive outcome.
I do that often, reading, I mean. And it does help. The thing is that sometimes I just don’t even feel like reading. 🙂
That’s a constant state of being around here😊
Pat
Too bad! 🙂
I’m there right now. Ugh! Don’t really love this little talks! 😉
You can say that again! 🙂
Who invented insomnia, anyway? It’s such an annoyance!
Search me, Mark. 🙂
it’s as if the entire world shares this pillow talk, so truly we are never alone!
Indeed we are not. 🙂
There was a DJ in NYC many years ago who used to tell listeners on hot city nights to turn their pillows over to the cool side. 🙂 —CC
LOl. That helps, I believe. 🙂
But the cool side ain’t what it used to be…
