Today’s prompt onCarpe Diem is based on one of the most famous festivals in Japan, the Gione (Gion Festival). However, I have taken artistic license to write a haiku based on the Odwira festival celebrated by the people of Akuapem in the Eastern region of Ghana. Please enjoy 🙂
