Done for Haiku My Heart
I’ve been battling with osteoarthritis for about a year and a half now and it is worsening day in and day out. The pain is so unbearable sometimes I can hardly walk. My doctor says the pain meds would give me lots of side effects so now I’m only on paracetamol which I even take sparingly. But it is well, The Lord is good. 🙂
Pain
insomnia
a calm dialogue
with my arthritic joints
