this is such a romantic haiku -a celestial kiss! thank you for asking after my mother in law. she is sadly in recovery for her broken hip but just doesn’t understand why her large family has not been by to visit her. (covid lock down) my mother is just recovering from an emergency placement of a pace maker. we carry our moms close in our hearts and attend to their needs daily-albeit one from afar. mine is finally improving enough that i have been able to return home and make daily visits to help her navigate her needs. so many people in our world are alone and suffering. such an important time to live each day in love.

I am glad to hear both mothers are doing well and recovering. I pray they heal completely. I can understand how lonely it will be for your mum-in-law.
I have lived with my mother for years, ever since I was born, so to speak. And now, she is not able to move around much as a result of an injury to her hip. But as I said, she lives with me, and so i see her everyday. 🙂
Yes, we must live each day in love. 🙂 Thank you for the update. 🙂

I love what Rebecca wrote, “a celestial kiss.” I will never look at the rippling clouds across our skies in the same way again. Thank you, Celestine. It is lovely to be here with you!

This reminds me of a summer sunset where the clouds have a delightful pink candy floss (or cotton candy) hue. 😀

these words conjure up all kinds of thoughts, like cotton candy at the fair, sweet tasting, a kiss from a first teen love, the sweet lips that tasted the candy and the kiss, and of course beautiful, wispy clouds. Love this!
