Angels
waking dream
I grasp at gossamer wings
fleeting angel

Dancing Angels
velvet night
how loud my praise
in tones of silence
carried across the heavens
dancing angels

inMy son Cedric penned this poem and I just had to post it here.
Miracle
Is my life ending?
I lie on my bed
My mind in turmoil
I try to the best of my ability
But I still can’t shake off this feeling
That something can go wrong
If only I can turn back the wheels of time
I will make it right
2
I do not go through this alone
Many others feel the same anxiety
Only I am a little less apprehensive
Because there is a sliver of light penetrating this darkness
Believing in the Divine Being that keeps me moving
Believing that a miracle will come my way
The day of reckoning has come upon me

Void
void of silence
my supplication lost

inThe Cherita was created by al li. I’ve fallen in love with this lovely poetry form. And for each working day I shall endeavour to post a cherita a day on my blog. 🙂

Meteorite
gift from the gods
a sign really
that heaven is in my grasp
cupping a star
in my palm
this fallen meteorite
